The Electrical Energy Department is at the heart of regional supply and seeks to strengthen its capabilities in managing hydraulic projects.
You will lead multidisciplinary projects crucial to the performance and sustainability of hydroelectric facilities.
Comprehensive Project Management: Lead equipment renewal projects (turbines, alternators, automation systems) from study through to realisation and commissioning.
Multidisciplinary Leadership: Manage project teams composed of internal and external experts (engineers, suppliers, subcontractors), ensuring effective, results-oriented collaboration.
Framework Control: Develop and adjust schedules integrating the significant technical, economic and operational constraints related to energy production.
Objective Assurance: Ensure proactive risk management while strictly adhering to quality, cost and deadline objectives.
We are looking for a candidate with solid technical and managerial expertise:
Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction or operation of electrical production equipment.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the operation of hydroelectric facilities.
Management: Essential experience in managing major multidisciplinary projects in hydraulic production or electrical energy.
Key Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, good communicator, conceptual thinker and excellent writing skills.
Languages (Strategic Asset): Negotiation skills in German and English (necessary for coordination with suppliers and partners).
