Project Manager: Development Management

What awaits you

• Support of the Head of Development Management in new build, conversion, renovation, and development projects.
• Independent management of smaller construction projects with a focus on costs, deadlines, and quality.
• Creation and processing of project, execution, and detail plans with CAD, preferably AutoCAD.
• Participation in feasibility studies, space analyses, project fundamentals, and technical construction clarifications.
• Coordination of planners, contractors, and authorities within clearly defined project tasks.
• Careful project administration, cost control, reporting, and preparation of decision-making bases.
• Checking compliance with laws, standards, guidelines, and procedures as well as supporting quality assurance.
• Contributing to sustainable and future-oriented solutions in planning and implementation.

What you bring with you

• Training as an architect FH, technician HF in construction planning architecture, draughtsperson EFZ architecture, or a comparable qualification in construction.
• Several years of experience in planning, project design, or project management of building construction projects.
• Very good CAD skills, ideally AutoCAD, and enjoyment of precise planning fundamentals.
• Good understanding of Swiss construction processes as well as relevant laws, procedures, standards, and guidelines, especially SIA standards.
• Strong quality awareness, careful working style, and a good eye for technical construction details.
• Enjoyment of numbers, cost controls, and structured working.
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
• Team-oriented personality with initiative, willingness to learn, and interest in sustainable building.
