Engineer Microsoft 365 & Identity (m/f/d)
Role:
In highly available environments, every technical decision counts. You are aware of this. You are responsible for the M365 platform and the hybrid identity landscape in operation and further development. You proactively close security gaps before they become a risk. You analyse complex disruptions in extended support. You independently implement migrations and projects.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operation and further development of the M365 infrastructure as well as the hybrid Active Directory environment
You identify vulnerabilities early and systematically reduce them
You create technical concepts and system overviews and keep documentation up to date
You handle tickets at 2nd/3rd level and analyse technical issues
You independently carry out migrations and projects
Additionally, you are part of the on-call service and work closely with other teams
Qualifications:
You have a professional qualification in computer science or an equivalent qualification
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 with a focus on collaboration, backup solutions, Entra ID, PowerShell scripting or virtualisation
You are motivated to familiarise yourself with other subject areas
You bring at least 5 years of experience in highly available environments; certifications are welcome
You work independently, appreciate cross-team collaboration and value quality and security
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and communicate well in English
