In your role, you are responsible for the implementation and administration of group-wide HR projects and training in personnel and organisational development. You work in close coordination with the HR departments of the international locations. Your focus is particularly on:

• Organisation of group-wide talent management programmes
• Organisation of development programmes for managers and employees
• Support of the university network Unitech (building and maintaining student relationships, accompanying practical projects and arranging internships)

You have completed training and have initial professional experience in the HR field. Applications from students who can carry out the activity alongside their studies over a longer period are also welcome. In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:
