System Engineer Microsoft (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Role:
Do you want to specifically apply and further develop your expertise around Microsoft 365? In this role, you take responsibility for a modern M365 environment and ensure that the services used operate stably, securely and efficiently. You analyse requirements, design suitable solutions based on Microsoft 365 and implement them technically cleanly. In addition, you continuously optimise existing services, identify improvement potentials and thus contribute to the sustainable development of the digital working environment. You keep an eye on current developments in the M365 environment and actively incorporate your insights into your daily work.
Responsibilities:
Design and reliable operation of central collaboration, communication and endpoint services within the Microsoft Cloud
Further development of technical standards and best practices with the aim of unifying, automating and optimising the M365 landscape
Responsibility for security and compliance requirements as well as technical support for more complex issues around the digital workplace
Implementation of cross-departmental requirements together with infrastructure, support and other IT specialists
Qualifications:
Solid IT background with appropriate training and experience in engineering or administration of Microsoft 365 environments
Broad understanding of modern workplace architectures and ideally experience with identity management, PowerShell
Strong problem-solving skills combined with initiative, technical quality awareness and interest in continuous platform optimisation
Communicative and customer-oriented working style as well as mobility through a driving licence and own vehicle; relevant M365 certifications are welcome
