Role:
As a junior professional in IT, you will immerse yourself in the full range of modern IT services and develop from support to versatile technician. You support customers at 1st and 2nd level – remotely and on-site – install systems, set up cloud solutions, and actively participate in projects. You will learn to adjust firewalls, build WLAN environments, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and operate backups. In a supportive team, you will continuously build your technical foundation, take on increasingly independent tasks, and grow with every challenge.
Responsibilities:
You support customers at 1st and 2nd level via remote maintenance or on-site and participate in projects
You install workstations and servers, provide cloud-based solutions, and set up WLAN environments
You maintain firewalls, make adjustments, perform user mutations, and manage permissions
You monitor and operate customer IT infrastructures and administer Microsoft 365 environments
You set up backups and ensure their reliable operation
Additionally, you perform administrative tasks such as preparing offers and handling warranty cases
Qualifications:
You hold a category B driving licence
You have an interest in professional development and enjoy learning
You have excellent German skills and good to very good English skills
You are communicative, a team player, and enjoy working with people
You describe yourself as reliable, open, independent, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
You are interested in IT technologies and are motivated to familiarise yourself with new areas of responsibility
