Mandate Manager Payroll (m/f/d) 80 -100%

What you will achieve

• You take on the professional client support of mainly large national and international mandates in the payroll area
• As the central contact person, you are responsible for the comprehensive processing of our clients' payroll accounting in collaboration with our administrators
• You maintain close contact with our clients and advise them competently on local as well as international issues relating to payroll accounting, social security and withholding taxes
• If interested, you can also take on responsibility for projects or carry out temporary assignments directly on site with our clients

What makes you successful

• You have a CAS Payroll Expert or a Swiss federal diploma in fiduciary services, social security or human resources
• You bring at least five years of professional experience as a payroll specialist and have already gained experience in mandate management
• You enjoy dealing with complex specialist topics and have sound knowledge of international payroll issues, especially in the area of cross-border activities, social security and withholding taxes
• You have solid IT skills, are confident in using Excel at an advanced level and ideally have experience with Abacus
• You convince with clear and differentiated communication skills in German as well as very good English skills
• You are a true team player, actively shape change and contribute your ideas and opinions
