Assistant Store Manager at 100%

Job Description:

As Assistant Store Manager, your duties will include:

• Opening and closing the store
• Cash register (selling items at the till), stocking shelves
• Cash register closing
• Customer advice
• Assisting the store manager in daily management and organisation of the store
• Managing orders for small suppliers
• Helping with team management (scheduling, allocation)
• Administrative tasks (attendance reporting, scanning)
• Hygiene protocols and their documentation
• Ensuring the store is well maintained and company procedures are followed
• Assisting with inventory preparation

Your profile:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good management skills
• Federal VET Diploma as Retail Manager
• Good spoken French
• Organised, dynamic and reliable person
• Motivated and ready to commit
• Team spirit
• Autonomy and flexibility
