Role:
You are service-oriented, communicate clearly and work in a structured manner. Your solution-oriented working style and team spirit make you a valued support in projects and operations.
Responsibilities:
In this position, you manage modern client infrastructures and contribute your knowledge to operations as well as exciting customer projects:
You install and configure Windows clients and servers, perform updates and maintenance, and ensure smooth operation.
You work with tools such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Teams and Azure AD.
You support the rollout of new solutions, contribute to automations and document your work clearly and comprehensibly.
You maintain close communication with customers and colleagues to resolve issues quickly and solution-oriented.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training (EFZ, HF or equivalent).
You have 2-3 years of professional experience as a Client Engineer or System Engineer.
You are familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Intune, Azure AD and ideally also with VDI solutions such as Horizon View.
Optional: experience with PowerShell, endpoint security or network basics.
Very good German skills, good English skills complete your profile.
