Experienced Chef de Partie

Mandated by one of our clients on the left bank, we are looking for:

- Culinary diploma required + minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent communicator and very good team spirit
- Attention to detail
- Passion for the profession and curiosity
- Organised, flexible and rigorous - permanent full-time position in a bistronomic establishment
- Ensure receipt of goods and stock management
- Rotating work on hot and cold stations
- Work in restaurant + catering service
- Ensure smooth running of mise en place and service
- Cooking with fresh and quality products
- Full compliance with the establishment's standards and requirements
- Knowledge and respect of HACCP standards
- Split shifts from Monday to Friday (closed on weekends).
- Hours = 08:00 - 14:00 / 17:00 - 22:00
- Salary 48,000 CHF x 13
