HR Specialist with Payroll Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:

With sound market knowledge, high expertise, and a long-term investment approach, it develops future-oriented solutions for residential, commercial, and investment properties, creating sustainable added value for investors and business partners.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will take full responsibility for handling personnel changes as well as entries and exits.
You ensure the correct processing of salaries and take care of year-end statements, salary certificates, and social insurances.
You also reliably handle and check withholding taxes, family allowances, as well as sickness and accident cases.
As a competent contact person, you support employees and managers with payroll, social insurance, and working time-related questions.
Furthermore, you maintain the HR systems, manage time recording, and participate in HR projects.
Qualifications:
You ideally complement a commercial apprenticeship with further training in payroll, HR, or social insurances.
You have already gained several years of practical experience in payroll processing.
Your working style is precise, structured, and independent, while you also enjoy getting involved operationally.
Very good German language skills.
