Project Manager for Client Advisory and Client Representation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed individual as Project Manager: Client Advisory and Client Representation for demanding real estate and construction projects. In this role, you represent the interests of the client and increasingly take on the overarching management and coordination of projects. You accompany decision-making processes, develop project and implementation strategies, and ensure that quality, costs, deadlines, and economic objectives are met. The position is particularly suitable for professionals from architecture, civil engineering, real estate development, or construction management who wish to develop more towards the client side and strategic project management.
Responsibilities:
Representation of the client in demanding real estate, new build, and renovation projects
Management and coordination of architects, specialist planners, contractors, and other project participants
Accompanying projects from project development and planning through to realisation and handover
Development of project, decision-making, and implementation strategies on behalf of the client
Responsibility for the overarching management of costs, deadlines, quality, and project objectives
Preparation and conduct of project, steering, and client meetings
Creation of decision bases, project reports, and status reports
Support in selection of planners and contractors, tenders, and awards
Review of project statuses, planning services, budgets, and schedules
Coordination of interfaces between client, planning, execution, and other stakeholders
Support in feasibility studies, project definitions, and project developments
Early identification and management of project risks and deviations from objectives
Qualifications:
University degree in construction, architecture, or real estate, for example Architecture FH/ETH, Civil Engineering FH/ETH, or comparable qualification
Initial to several years of experience in project management, client advisory, client representation, or construction management
Good knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes as well as SIA phases
Understanding of cost, schedule, quality, and risk management
Strong understanding of economic and technical interrelations of real estate projects
Structured, networked, and independent working style
Very good German language skills spoken and written
