About the job
As a technical drawing specialist within our Workplace & Facility Services team, you play a key role in establishing and updating architectural and technical plans as well as in the layout of our workspaces.
You work closely with our Senior Technical Specialist, project managers, and the service manager to design reliable, precise plans essential for the daily operation of our site (REVIT/AUTOCAD).
Your mission: to create, update and ensure the quality of architectural, technical, layout and safety plans, in order to provide our employees with a modern, compliant and adapted environment to their needs.
Your main responsibilities
Develop and update architectural and technical plans
- Create architectural, technical plans and schematic diagrams according to graphic charter and SIA standards.
- Take measurements on site and ensure the updating of "as-built" plans.
Manage the plan establishment procedure
- Update the graphic charter.
- Ensure the application of standards (internal and external) and best practices.
Manage layout plans (Workplace Management)
- Design and update workspace layout plans according to OLT3, EHS requirements and other legal or internal standards.
Manage fire safety plans
- Produce and maintain fire safety plans and evacuation posters in coordination with the campus safety team.
Project: CAFM/CMMS Tool
- Integrate plans and generate reports necessary for service management.
- Participate in the development of the tool.
Your profile
Education
- Federal VET Diploma as building draughtsman or equivalent training (required).
- Additional specialisation in a building-related field (advantage).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building or technical building drawing (offices and industrial halls) (required).
Technical knowledge
- SIA standards, cantonal requirements in energy and fire safety.
- Reading electrical, heating/cooling, ventilation and sanitary schematics.
- Knowledge of OLT3.
Computer skills
- AutoCAD, Revit (required).
- CAFM (significant advantage).
- MS Office (required)
- SAP (advantage)
Languages
- French (fluent).
- English (good understanding).
