Significant experience in Chinese cuisine (minimum 5 years of experience)

Excellent command of Chinese culinary techniques

Ability to work in a dynamic and event-driven environment

Rigour, speed and attention to detail

Team spirit and good stress management
Speaking French is a plus Guarantee the quality, freshness and presentation of dishes

Produce innovative, refined and distinguished dishes.

Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety standards
