Do you like everything to run smoothly? Then this position is made for you! You transform buildings and living spaces into places that are not only functional but also pleasant and inspiring. As a concierge, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure the environment is well maintained, and are the first point of contact for our clients on site.

Your tasks:

• Prepare and carry out assigned tasks according to tickets
• Interior cleaning according to common needs
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance work
• Responsible for the overall quality of the objects
• Taking out containers, loading cards and managing monthly cash, scheduling laundries, checking interior and exterior light sources as well as cleaning them.
• Cleaning accessible windows and light wells.
• Checking technical installations.
• Cleaning exteriors, technical rooms, container rooms.
• Accompanying third parties (companies mandated by management)
• Replacing your partner during their absences
• Snow removal
• On-call service

Your profile:

• Federal VET diploma as operations agent or equivalent training
• Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector
• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office)
• Driving licence
• Sense of responsibility
• Helpful with a strong customer orientation
• Autonomous and well-developed team spirit
