Modern cloud workplaces require secure and intelligent access processes. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who professionally manages identities, permissions and Microsoft cloud solutions and helps shape innovative security standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for identity and access management within the Microsoft cloud
Administration of Microsoft Entra ID, role models and security policies
Support for users with complex authentication and access issues
Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults in the cloud environment
Implementation of modern security concepts such as Zero Trust, Privileged Identity Management and Conditional Access
Participation in cloud migrations as well as digitalisation and security projects
Optimisation of existing identity processes and automation using PowerShell
Support in the integration of new Microsoft 365 services and cloud applications
Creation of technical documentation and best practices
Continuous development of the identity and security landscape
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable professional experience
Extensive experience in Microsoft support as well as identity and access management
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Azure Identity Services
Experience with Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, endpoint management or Azure is an advantage
Independent, solution-oriented and quality-conscious working style
Interest in modern cloud, security and automation technologies
Enjoyment of demanding support tasks and continuous development
