Premium Guest Relation Associate (ALL/FR)

As a Guest Relation associate, you act as a host for our patients with supplementary insurance as well as their relatives. You personally accompany our private patients throughout their stay and guarantee them a first-class welcome experience thanks to your excellent sense of service and your ease in communication, both in German and French.

What awaits you

• Personalised care of our private patients, from their admission to their discharge
• Preferred contact person for all non-medical questions from our patients and their visitors
• Reception and handling of feedback, comments and suggestions
• Management of the lounge and hot beverage service
• Close collaboration within the hotel service team

Your profile

• Completed training in hospitality, catering, tourism or a comparable service field, complemented by experience in direct customer contact
• Excellent command of German and French; good knowledge of English complements your profile
• A sense of welcome and customer service
• Ability to work independently and a neat, professional appearance
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
