IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an internationally oriented company that offers specialised solutions and services for business customers. The company combines technical expertise with comprehensive consulting and supports its business partners across various areas – from planning and marketing to technical support and logistics.
Collaboration with international manufacturers and business partners is part of everyday work, as is catering to individual customer requirements. A high level of service orientation, short decision-making paths, and independent working characterise the environment.

Responsibilities:
- You take on the technical support and responsibility for individual products of the manufacturers and their further development within the portfolio.
- You provide technical support (2nd/3rd level) for the partners via telephone, web ticket system, and email in German, English, and, if possible, French.
- You prepare, collaborate on, and conduct technical customer presentations, workshops, and training sessions for the manufacturers.
- You work closely with the system engineers of the manufacturers.
- You support the sales team and their partners with technical pre-sales.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed vocational training or a university of applied sciences degree in computer science or comparable knowledge.
- You possess profound knowledge in the network and security environment.
- You bring strong analytical skills and approach problem analysis and resolution rationally.
- You are able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- You work team-oriented, are customer-focused, and have good communication skills.
- You command the German language fluently and have good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
