What is my role?

• Active telephone support of assigned small customers

• Revenue and sales responsibility for your customer base

• Telephone maintenance of customer contact with sales partners

• Implementation of sales promotion measures

• Follow-up on offers

• Maintenance of contact reporting in the CRM as well as use of our tools

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as a carpenter or joiner

• Experience in telesales or telephone customer support

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone work

• Sales talent and persuasiveness

• Independent and structured way of working

• Confident handling of CRM systems

• Good German skills in spoken and written form
