Project Manager / Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Architect for the creative and planning leadership of diverse building construction projects from design to realisation. You will handle demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects with a focus on residential, office and service buildings and take on a central role within an interdisciplinary planning team. In addition to architectural design, you will be responsible for coordinating interior design, execution planning and site management. A special focus is on sustainable, energy-efficient architecture, careful detailing and consistent design quality through to handover.
Responsibilities:
Creative and planning leadership of demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects
Comprehensive project handling from design and planning to execution planning and realisation
Development of architectural concepts, floor plans, material and design solutions
Management of projects through the relevant SIA phases and ensuring consistent planning
Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, draftsmen and site managers
Coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners, experts and contractors
Preparation and coordination of building permit, execution and detailed planning
Ensuring architectural, structural and design quality through to project completion
Development of sustainable and energy-efficient planning and material concepts
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, interior design, structural engineering and building services
Support during execution including detail clarifications, sample selections and design site inspections
Use and further development of digital planning methods with CAD, 3D and BIM
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree ETH, FH, TU or equivalent university qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally with project management responsibility in Switzerland
Solid experience in design, planning, execution planning and realisation
Experience with residential construction, conversions and renovations is an advantage
Very good user knowledge of Vectorworks as well as common CAD, 3D and visualisation programmes
Knowledge of BIM-based planning processes is an advantage
Good to very good German language skills in spoken and written form
