Implementation, operation and further development of servers, networks, storage, backup systems and Microsoft 365
Monitoring of IT infrastructure and cloud services and ensuring stable operation
Technical and organisational management of external partners in IT projects
Continuous optimisation of service quality, efficiency and performance
Qualifications:
Completed education and training in the field of computer science
Experience in engineering and 2nd-level support of complex ICT infrastructures as well as sound knowledge of Active Directory
In-depth know-how in network, client, server and database architectures as well as Microsoft operating systems and applications
Very good German skills spoken and written
