Job Description
As a data analyst, you are responsible for conducting studies and statistical analyses on HR topics, ensuring the execution of simulations and projections on personnel data.
Responsibilities
- Support the departments and the HR Directorate General in implementing good data governance, particularly regarding processes, data entry, control and quality, with tailored support according to needs.
- Identify, extract, process and consolidate data, assess its quality and perform statistical analyses, simulations, projections and benchmarks, then present the results and suggest courses of action.
- Clarify business needs, assess feasibility and propose suitable solutions, notably by developing HR monitoring and management tools, then support users in their adoption through training.
- Carry out mandates assigned by the HR Directorate General and contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional projects by proposing and testing new methods and solutions and ensuring methodological monitoring to enhance HR management and control.

Qualifications
Master's degree in data science or a Master’s in social, political, economic sciences with a component in data science/analysis or equivalent
Postgraduate qualification in econometrics, demography, statistics or equivalent would be an advantage
Proven experience in data processing and analysis
Proven experience in project management and change support
Ability to analyse HR data and excellent writing skills
Mastery of concepts and tools (Python, Tableau, Cognos) related to statistics and data science
Knowledge of public administration operations and PeopleSoft would be a plus
