The entry is done – now specialisation begins. This position is aimed at IT professionals who have already gained initial practical experience and want to specifically develop their career within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Technical support of the Microsoft-based workplace environment
Ensuring smooth operation of Windows clients
Installation and provision of hardware and software
Administration of Microsoft 365 services
Support with identity and permission issues using Microsoft Entra ID
Management of end devices via Microsoft Intune
Analysis and resolution of incidents in the 2nd-level environment
Support with updates, patches, and security measures
Collaboration in automating recurring tasks with PowerShell
Accompanying hardware and software rollouts
Support with cloud and modern workplace projects
Documentation of solutions, configurations, and operational processes
Close cooperation with experienced infrastructure specialists
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, ideally computer scientist EFZ
Initial professional experience in the Microsoft environment
Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
First contact with Intune, Entra ID or Azure
Basic knowledge of PowerShell and interest in automation
Technical understanding and strong willingness to learn
Enjoyment of customer contact and solution-oriented work
Structured and reliable working style
