Job Description
Reporting directly to the Medical Director, you will hold a strategic transversal role within the Réseau de l'Arc. Acting as a true link between the Medical Directorate, physicians, and care teams, you will actively participate in the development of care quality, patient safety, and the implementation of innovative institutional projects.
Care Quality and Patient Safety
- Lead and coordinate the quality management system of the Réseau de l'Arc.
- Develop and update the patient quality concept, including for outpatient activities.
- Monitor quality and safety indicators, notably those of the ANQ.
- Organise internal audits and support continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate the medical-care quality team.
Development of Integrated Care and Innovation
- Contribute to the development of the quality system of VIVA - Réseau de l'Arc, an innovative integrated care model.
- Develop performance indicators in population health and integrated care.
- Participate in research projects in collaboration with the University of Basel.
- Support the integration of innovative solutions, particularly in artificial intelligence and care pathway coordination.
Support to the Medical Directorate
- Participate in the development and dissemination of institutional medical guidelines.
- Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects such as TARDOC or TeamSTEPPS.
- Support Medical Affairs in certain recruitment and integration activities for physicians.
- Participate in the development of clinical and medico-economic management tools.
- Coordinate medical teams if necessary in the absence of a department head.
Qualifications
- Physician holding an FMH specialist title.
- At least one year of experience as a chief resident.
- Strong interest in care quality, public health, and organisational development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Autonomy, organisational skills, and adaptability.
- High discretion and respect for confidentiality.
