HR Business Partner fixed-term or try & hire

Tasks

• Consulting and support of managers and employees in all HR matters
• Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle (including performance management, personnel development, workforce planning and remuneration)
• Responsibility for the implementation and optimisation of central HR processes
• Advice on labour law issues
• Analysis of HR key figures and participation in HR and change projects
• Close cooperation with internal and international stakeholders

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment
• Training or studies in human resources, business administration, psychology or comparable
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and modern HR processes
• Experience with HR systems as well as confident handling of MS Office
• Independent, solution-oriented and communicative personality
• Very good German and English skills
