For our ROCKEN partner, a company in the construction/architecture sector with 1-15 employees, we are looking immediately for a committed individual for the finance and accounting area with a focus on accounts receivable. You will take responsibility for accounts receivable and also support the project managers in administrative and commercial matters. In this versatile role, you operate at the interface between finance and project business.
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for accounts receivable
You contribute to accounts receivable management and dunning
You prepare, check and process invoices
You maintain financial and master data
You coordinate administratively and support the project managers
You assist with commercial and administrative tasks in finance and project areas
You support the project managers in the quotation process
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
You bring 2-5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a project-oriented environment
You have good knowledge of accounts receivable and experience with accounting or ERP systems; knowledge of Project Account is an advantage
You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel
You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written
You work independently, in a structured and careful manner
You are a team player, flexible and show a high service orientation
