Mandate Manager / Accountant M/F/D Fiduciary & Consulting - 60% to 100% (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an innovative and internationally oriented fiduciary and consulting company, we are looking for a committed and professionally skilled individual who independently manages mandates. You will conduct financial accounting for national and international mandates in German and English and be the personal contact for companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals. In a motivated team that combines digital working methods, new ideas and professional consulting, a varied field of activity awaits you.
Responsibilities:
You independently conduct financial accounting for national and international mandates in German and English
You prepare monthly, quarterly, interim and annual financial statements as well as reports and business analyses
You are responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll accounting including withholding tax and social security settlements
You prepare VAT returns and sales reconciliations as well as tax returns for natural and legal persons
You prepare audits and accompany them and support consolidations, restructurings and mergers
You personally support and advise clients, communicate with customers, banks and authorities and participate in national and international consulting projects
You actively shape the digitalisation and further development of processes and take on administrative tasks
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training in finance, accounting or fiduciary services
You bring several years of professional experience in a fiduciary company, auditing or finance department; experience in managing international mandates is an advantage
You have sound knowledge of Swiss accounting as well as tax and social security areas
You have very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign languages are welcome
You are confident in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have experience with modern accounting and time tracking systems
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, with a strong sense of quality and responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking
You convince through communication skills, discretion and professional appearance as well as openness to innovation and digitalisation
