Your tasks

• You analyse requirements together with the various hospital departments and develop suitable concepts and solution proposals from them.
• Ensuring smooth operation and managing the interfaces to users and suppliers of various applications from the hospital sector.
• Support and handling of incident, change and release management (planning, testing, coordination with suppliers/customers, infrastructure).
• You accompany the implementation and integration of new applications and technologies and ensure that these are well integrated into the existing IT application landscape.
• You plan and conduct tests as well as quality assurance measures, identify problems early and coordinate their resolution with the responsible specialists.
• You train and support users in the use of applications and answer questions during ongoing operation.
• You plan and coordinate subprojects related to innovative applications and ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.
• You observe technological developments and trends in healthcare, examine new solutions and assess their concrete benefits for the hospital.
• You act as a link between specialist departments, external partners and IT when required and ensure clear and solution-oriented communication.
• You are prepared to perform on-call duty.

Your profile

• You bring experience in application support and business analysis and are familiar with processes in healthcare as well as their mapping in a hospital application landscape.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation and enjoy working with different specialist departments.
• You are familiar with ERP, localisation and routing, transport and order management, facility management as well as HL7 interface communication.
• You know terms such as ITIL and can apply your technical knowledge purposefully in everyday work.
• You have very good communication skills and can convey complex technical contexts understandably.
• You think analytically, work independently and find pragmatic solutions even for demanding issues.
• You have a quick grasp and keep an overview even with several tasks running in parallel.
