You come from a background in watchmaking or microtechnology and wish to give a new dimension to your watchmaking expertise?
We offer you a role where your technical know-how, analytical skills and interpersonal qualities will make all the difference.
On a daily basis, you will put your skills to work identifying and evaluating talent, while contributing to the creation of high-quality application files for a demanding clientele.
If you are passionate about watchmaking, motivated by human relations and eager for a new professional challenge, we would be delighted to learn about your background.
Your missions
- Identify, select and recruit the best profiles in watchmaking and microtechnology trades.
- Conduct in-depth recruitment interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills.
- Administer watchmaking tests and analyse the results precisely.
- Ensure personalised follow-up of candidates throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with candidates and partners.
- Actively participate in the development of the professional network in the Vallée de Joux.
- Contribute to the development and reputation of the employer brand through rigorous work and a keen sense of service.
Job requirements:
Your profile
- Training in watchmaking, microtechnology or an equivalent technical field.
- Proven experience in the watchmaking sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the trades, processes and economic fabric of the Vallée de Joux (essential).
- Very good command of IT tools and communication means.
- Observational skills, analytical mind and excellent ability to assess technical skills.
- Interpersonal ease, excellent oral and written communication.
- Dynamic personality, quick-witted, curious and positive.
- Commitment, sense of responsibility and great autonomy.
- Organisation, rigour and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Team spirit, discretion and sense of confidentiality.
