Freight Dispatcher (m/f/d)

• You plan and coordinate the use of all available means of transport
• With your friendly and competent manner, you look after and advise our customers regarding transport
• You create individual transport quotations for our customers
• The leadership and support of our drivers and contract drivers also fall within your area of responsibility
• You approach customer complaints and damage cases in a solution-oriented and professional manner
• You independently record, modify and invoice our transport orders
• You also reliably contribute to administrative tasks

• Very good knowledge of Swiss geography – you know the way
• You think economically and find the right solution even in challenging situations
• Shift work (between 04:00 and 22:00 on alternating weeks) suits your life rhythm
• Flexibility, resilience and reliability characterise you
• You have completed vocational training – ideally in the transport sector
• You are familiar with common IT applications
• A driving licence category C or C/E as well as experience as a driver are advantageous but not essential
• You communicate confidently in German – both spoken and written – and knowledge of French is a plus
• As an honest, team-oriented and trustworthy personality, you fit perfectly with us
