Client Representative Real Estate & Building Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 130,000Administrative work means responsibility for people and quality of life. Role:
Our client is an established public organisation with an extensive real estate portfolio. You represent the client in demanding building construction and renovation projects and manage these with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainable building solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects holistically as client representative
Be responsible for projects from planning to commissioning
Ensure budgets, costs, and project controlling
Lead external planners and specialists
Drive sustainable construction and energy solutions
Prepare decision-making bases for internal committees
Qualifications:
Degree in architecture, civil engineering or equivalent
Solid experience in construction project management
Experience as client representative is an advantage
Confident in handling costs, deadlines, and quality
Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
Very good German language skills
