For our client, a foundation active in the family field, we are recruiting an HR Specialist for a permanent 80% position in the Lausanne region.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You support the directors of preschool structures on all HR matters and advise the employees in your sector
• You manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to departure, as well as all personnel administration (contracts, work certificates, correspondence, etc.)
• You assist the structure directors in using the working time management software and ensure the smooth running of HR administrative processes
• You lead or participate in HR projects related to personnel administration, process optimisation, training and skills development
• You contribute to the deployment of prevention policies, quality of work life and collaborate closely with the Human Resources Management on cross-functional projects
• You monitor and analyse HR indicators in your sector to support decision-making, while fostering a collaborative and caring team culture

You offer your new employer

• You hold a Federal Diploma as an HR Specialist or an equivalent qualification
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with HR consulting and possess solid expertise in human resources administration
• You master labour law, HR processes and payroll management. Knowledge of Abacus is an asset
• You are comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, HRIS) and stand out for your excellent writing, organisational and project management skills
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative leadership, initiative, empathy and a great capacity to adapt
