Construction Management Building Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Planning, organising and executing construction projects in building construction from site preparation to completion
- Coordinating and supervising site activities as well as ensuring compliance with schedules, costs and quality standards
- Leading and motivating construction teams, including subcontractors and external service providers
- Communicating with clients, architects, engineers and other project participants to coordinate construction processes and resolve technical issues
- Preparing construction plans, work instructions and reports
- Complying with safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment on site
Qualifications:
- Degree as certified construction manager building construction or certified technician building construction or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as construction or project manager in industrial or building construction
- Sound knowledge of construction execution, construction management and site supervision
- Confident use of IT programmes, especially Messerli and MS Office
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
