IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring 1st and 2nd level support for business applications and IT systems
Processing and coordinating IT tickets as well as taking on the interface function to 3rd level support
Monitoring system availability and initiating appropriate escalation and fault measures
Managing hardware and software inventories as well as maintaining technical instructions, checklists and documentation
Administration and support of Microsoft and VMware environments in ongoing IT operations
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support or system engineering
Good knowledge of Windows, VMware, Microsoft Office, Exchange, SharePoint and Windows Server
Fluent German skills and good English skills as well as a strong service and solution orientation
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter from a border region
