Overall management of complex technology programmes with high importance for the company’s strategic development.
Control of all project parameters from scope and schedule to financial resources and personnel to risk situation.
Establishment of a productive collaboration model for interdisciplinary teams, external consulting firms and implementation partners.
Use of professional PM tools for structured planning, progress monitoring and reporting.
Ongoing assessment of project status, deviations, potentials and critical developments including initiation of appropriate corrective measures.
Qualifications:
Completed degree or comparable qualification in a business or technical environment with solid experience as an IT project manager.
Confident handling of agile frameworks and modern methods of project and delivery management.
Strong business orientation and ability to translate technical objectives into feasible technical projects.
High social competence, convincing appearance and talent for activating and involving various stakeholders.
Consistent solution orientation, entrepreneurial attitude and reliable organisation; very good German and good English, both spoken and written.
