Apprenticeship as Specialist: Hospitality and Housekeeping EFZ (2027) Focus on Housekeeping

In the Facility & Real Estate Services department, over 470 employees from around 44 nations work together. The department provides infrastructural services such as cleaning, laundry and bed supply, as well as the management of staff accommodation, rooms, parking spaces and properties. The goal is to deliver efficient, economical and high-quality services for patients, employees and visitors.

What to expect

A training where you don’t just sit around, but get involved, organise and work with people.

• Lots of movement, no office job - You are physically active, clean various areas and help ensure everything looks clean and inviting.
• Laundry is part of it too - You take care that hospital laundry, work clothes & co. are clean, ironed and distributed.
• Contact with guests - at the cash desk or service counter you show what good service is.
• You plan cool events - decoration, snacks & atmosphere!

• Completed secondary or middle school and not older than 25 years
• Good oral and written German skills (B2)
• Enjoyment of practical and varied work
