Legal Assistant / Corporate Paralegal (M/F)
We are looking for a Legal Assistant / Corporate Paralegal to join an international company located in the Nyon region and support its legal, corporate and administrative activities in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the administrative and documentary follow-up of several companies and group entities
Participate in the preparation of general meetings, board of directors, resolutions, minutes and other corporate documents
Keep company files, registers, organisational charts, signing authorities and legal deadlines up to date
Coordinate formalities with registries, notaries, administrations, external counsel and local service providers
Organise approval and signature workflows, ensure reminders and filing of signed documents
Participate in the administrative follow-up of contracts, powers of attorney, delegations and legal documents
Contribute to KYC, AML, due diligence processes and collection of corporate documents
Maintain databases, tracking tools and document management systems
Prepare reports and ensure rigorous monitoring of priorities and deadlines
Participate in the improvement and digitalisation of internal legal processes
Profile Sought
Training as a legal assistant, paralegal, legal secretary or equivalent qualification
Proven experience within a legal department, corporate function, fiduciary or law firm
Practical experience in corporate legal secretariat, governance or administrative management of companies
Knowledge of general meetings, board of directors, minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney or statutory registers
Experience in managing multiple entities or jurisdictions highly appreciated
Very good command of professional English, especially written
Good command of French strongly desired; any other language is an asset
Excellent organisational skills, rigour and attention to detail
Ease in coordination, reminders and follow-up of sensitive files
Discretion, service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
Valid Swiss work permit or right to work in Switzerland essential
