What you can contribute

• handle legislative files from a legal perspective at all stages of the process and answer legal questions related to digitisation
• establish and transmit legal expertise in digitisation
• provide advice to internal and external actors in the administration on the legal aspects of digital transformation in health
• collaborate on coordination within the office and with other federal services on legal issues related to the "Digitisation and Law" competence centre

What makes you unique

• university degree in law, ideally with in-depth knowledge of health law
• excellent understanding of the interfaces between law and digitisation; ideally, professional experience or specific qualification
• service and advisory skills, precise expression
• ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
