Your Employer

Your Tasks
- Proactively approaching customers so that even those waiting in the shop feel welcome
- Competent advice on all products and services - recognising and exceeding needs
- Presentation of devices and services according to marketing and touchpoint design specifications
- Contributing your own ideas from daily business to help shape the shop
- Checking new deliveries for quality, quantity and timing as well as preparing returns
- Receiving repaired devices and handing them over to customers including information on collection readiness
- Participation in inventories
Your Profile
- EFZ or EBA qualification in sales or service environment
- German and Swiss German at least B2, French and English A2, Italian an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple and Android products
- Likeable appearance, communication skills and impeccable reputation
- Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the telecommunications industry
- Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a plus - beginners from retail or hospitality are expressly welcome
