Project Architect BIM (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Architect BIM / 3D Modelling to work on demanding building construction projects with a focus on digital modelling and spatial coordination. You understand the 3D model as an integral part of the design, planning and execution process and further develop architecture and construction based on the model. Together with experienced BIM specialists, you coordinate complex project information and contribute to the advancement of digital planning methods. The position combines architectural design, constructive planning and BIM-oriented project work.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding building construction projects in digital 3D models
Model-based development of design, project and execution plans
Independent handling and coordination of defined project areas and components
Development of constructive solutions considering architecture, materialisation and building services
Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of BIM/3D building models
Spatial coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Integration and review of specialist planner models and external planning information
Conducting model-based coordination and clash detection
Derivation and maintenance of plans, sections, views and details from the digital building model
Participation in defining and implementing BIM standards and modelling guidelines
Support in the further development of digital planning and coordination processes
Coordination with project management, specialist planners and other project participants
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH/University or comparable higher education degree
At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland in constructive planning and implementation of building construction projects
Solid knowledge in 3D modelling and digital architectural planning
Experience with BIM and model-based coordination is an advantage
Good understanding of construction, detailing and spatially complex planning tasks
Experience in independently handling project parts and planning interfaces
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
