Abacus Consultant in HR/Payroll (m/f/d)
Role:
Digital HR solutions only unfold their value when processes are thoroughly thought through and systems are consistently used. This position is aimed at an experienced HR and payroll specialist who not only wants to operate Abacus but also use it as a tool for more efficient personnel processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the professional development of digital HR and payroll solutions
Optimisation of salary and personnel processes within a modern ERP environment
Analysis of complex requirements from HR, payroll and personnel administration
Translation of professional needs into efficient system solutions
Support and further development of Abacus-based HR processes
Accompanying clients during process changes and digitalisation projects
Support with year-end closing, payroll runs and system-related payroll topics
Identification of automation potentials in the HR environment
Design and implementation of workflows to reduce manual tasks
Support with migrations, system expansions and interface projects
Knowledge transfer and professional support of users
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in payroll, HR administration or HR systems
Very good knowledge of Abacus HR and/or Abacus Payroll
Understanding of Swiss salary and personnel processes
Strong affinity for IT systems and digitalisation
Enjoyment in translating professional requirements into practical solutions
High personal responsibility and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills in dealing with different contacts
Interest in modern methods such as process automation, workflow optimisation and digital HR
