IT support at 1st and 2nd level for internal users, both on site, by phone and via remote access
Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral devices and printing systems
Management of users and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and other systems
Conducting IT onboardings and training for new employees as well as support with rollouts and IT projects
Participation in the operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure as well as documentation of faults, processes and solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or technical basic training with additional IT further education
Experience in user support and enjoyment in working with end users
Practical experience with Windows systems (clients and servers)
Knowledge of network technology, hardware and peripherals is an advantage
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
