Do you want to join the Operations Directorate to initiate, manage and monitor cross-functional projects of a regulatory and/or strategic nature with an environmental and legal dimension related to the operation of Geneva Airport (GA)?

Your responsibilities
- Ensure the completion of projects related to airport operations from a regulatory perspective. Ensure, in collaboration with the communication department and external affairs as appropriate, the relationship and communication with internal and external stakeholders of the projects concerned
- Manage and/or support the start or continuation of operational and cross-functional projects and ensure their regulatory compliance, in collaboration with the competent authorities (in particular the Federal Office of Civil Aviation FOCA)
- Represent GA's interests in the coordination and development process of the PSIA sheet for Geneva Airport, and coordinate preliminary work for the development of the post-2030 PSIA sheet, in connection with the relevant GA directorates, departments and services as well as the competent federal, cantonal and municipal offices
- Ensure the overall functioning of the noise quota system, monitor its evolution and availability using the Power BI tool provided to airlines, and act as the focal point for all stakeholders
- Monitor and coordinate compensation procedures for residents in cases of expropriation, and assess financial risk to anticipate and limit the financial burden for GA, in collaboration with the Finance and Services Directorate and GA Legal Affairs
You have a higher university education (master's level) in economics, aviation law, or equivalent, and you:
- Have at least three years of proven experience in areas related to the implementation of airport regulations, approval or authorisation request procedures addressed to federal or cantonal authorities
- Have solid experience in managing cross-functional and strategic projects
- Demonstrate a very good understanding of GA's activities and airport companies and bodies, the institutional and regulatory framework of airport operations, operations, as well as federal and cantonal policies in aeronautics and environmental and resident protection (administrative law, aviation law, environmental law)
- Combine interpersonal skills, synthesis ability, rigour and a sense of priorities
- Show great ease in writing and oral presentations
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, a keen sense of communication and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with all stakeholders
- Are able to work in English (German is an asset)
