For the Performance & Talent team of our Human Resources department, we are looking for an intern at 80-100% for immediate start, until 31 July 2027.
Within this team, you will provide crucial operational support to the cultural transformation and talent development of the company.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Actively contribute to the deployment of Vaudoise’s Performance, Talent, Culture & Leadership 2026-2027 strategy, ensuring smooth running of events, monitoring actions and costs, and supporting project managers
- Participate in Vaudoise’s cultural evolution by supporting initiatives that engage teams towards greater agility and collective performance
- Assist in preparing communication materials and training resources (slides, FAQs, internal news...)
- Collaborate in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (setup, support for facilitators, gathering participant feedback)
- Help update and distribute frameworks (culture, leadership, managerial skills) and associated materials
- Participate in data collection, consolidation and analysis (culture surveys, programme feedback, event participation)
- Contribute to the life of internal communities (managers, culture ambassadors, mentors, etc.) through organising meetings and sharing best practices
- Provide general administrative support to projects (monitoring, coordination, updating files, preparing summary documents)
Your profile:
- You are currently studying in a field closely related to Human Resources, management, communication or social sciences (Bachelor/Master)
- You are organised, comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel and collaborative tools
- You have a strong interest in corporate culture and leadership
- You are creative and have a good command of Microsoft 365 tools
- You have excellent oral and written skills in French and ideally in German
- You enjoy working in a team
