Ensuring stable operation, maintenance and monitoring of business-critical applications
Analysis and resolution of complex operational disruptions in 3rd-level support in cooperation with the Operations Center
Execution of application configurations, deployments and releases including maintenance of relevant master data
Collaboration in a cross-functional Scrum team with product owners, developers and testers
Continuous optimisation of application processes and operational procedures as well as support for technical further developments
Qualifications:
Completed training or degree in computer science or comparable technical qualification
Experience in application operations, 3rd-level support, troubleshooting and application deployment
Knowledge of .NET, MS SQL Server or relational database systems
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage
Strong analytical and solution-oriented working style, high initiative as well as good German and English skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
