Act as the innovation lead for the Digital Workplace by designing, implementing, and supporting automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and overall user experience. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify opportunities, deliver intelligent automation, and contribute to the modernization of the organization's digital ecosystem.

Description
Automation and integration
Design and implement Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and integrations across SharePoint and Teams
Develop and deploy AI-based solutions (Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) to streamline processes and improve information discovery
In coordination with business owners, identify automation opportunities, manage their full lifecycle (design, development, deployment, continuous improvement)
Maintain documentation and ensure solution scalability and compliance
Digital architecture and governance
Contribute to the overall Microsoft 365, intranet, and AI architecture and governance model
Ensure alignment with IT security, compliance, and data governance standards
Manage access controls, licensing, and configuration best practices for M365 tools
Collaborate with IT Enterprise Architect for solution coherence and integration
End-User experience and adoption
Serve as primary point of contact for users regarding automation and AI enhancements.
Deliver workshops, awareness sessions, and training to foster adoption and promote digital literacy
Engage with departments to capture needs, co-design solutions, and measure impact on productivity
Promote innovation and new ways of working across the organization
Partner collaboration
Work with external vendors and technology partners on advanced integrations and solution delivery
Coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution
Support project evaluation, vendor management, and alignment with digital roadmap
Business process modelling and digitalization
Analyze and document business processes to identify manual or repetitive tasks suitable for automation
Collaborate with departments to optimize workflows and integrate automation within existing systems
Apply BPMD methodologies to ensure process transparency and efficiency
Best practices
Be familiar with best practices in related processes (such as procurement, documentation) and areas of work
Carry out work in alignment with strategic objectives and rules to deliver optimal service to both internal and external stakeholders
Profile
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Teams, Viva
Implemented AI productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, MCP) and led governance setup for responsible usage.
Understanding of API integrations (JSON, PowerShell, Python)
Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and governance principles
Business process modelling and digitalization
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences
English (fluent) and French (asset)
Innovative and user-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent collaboration and change management skills
Ability to build trustful partnerships with business stakeholders
Self-driven, organized, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
