What is my role?

• Needs-oriented and professional advice to clients in the tax and finance sector

• Acquisition, development and support of a demanding client base

• Development of needs-based tax and financial strategies

• Preparation of annual financial statements for companies of various legal forms

• Preparation of tax returns for companies and private individuals

• Advice on complex tax issues and development of tax planning concepts

• Representation towards clients and tax authorities

• Conducting audits and representation before authorities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team

• Maintenance of the CRM system and documentation of client-relevant information

• Active participation in the further development of the firm and digital channels

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in commercial or financial fields

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in tax consulting or the financial sector

• At least training as a tax clerk or comparable qualification

• Good IT skills including digital media

• Ideally, initial experience in staff management

• Sound knowledge in tax and finance

• Strong communication skills as well as a convincing and likeable manner

• Independent, committed and goal-oriented working style

• Impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written

• Confident handling of DATEV and common tax consulting software
