Responsibilities:
- You ensure a professional IT Service Desk and continuously optimise support processes
- In this role, you support employees with disruptions and enquiries related to the workplace, Microsoft 365, and specialised hardware (MDE)
- As a Junior ICT System Specialist, you conduct key-user and end-user training and support knowledge transfer
- You participate in exciting IT projects and actively help shape new solutions
- In this role, you coordinate disruptions and follow them up in collaboration with internal and external service providers
- As a Junior ICT System Specialist, you ensure high service quality through solution-oriented and customer-focused support
