What the daily work looks like

• Ensuring tariff-accurate, complete and timely billing according to internal guidelines
• Review and processing of complex billing cases
• Providing information on fees and tariffs to patients, relatives, insurers and internal departments
• Support with rejections, complaints and inquiries from cost bearers
• Participation in the optimisation, harmonisation and digitalisation of billing processes

Skills and potential

• Commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in billing or patient administration in healthcare
• Good knowledge of relevant tariffs and billing regulations
• Very good IT user skills as well as experience with clinical information or ERP systems
• Analytical, structured and independent working style
• High service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and high quality standards
