Commercial Assistant FR/GER 80% - 100% (M/F)
Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of clients (B to B) throughout the entire commercial lifecycle
- Checking and recording customer orders
- Monitoring production deadlines (planning) and collaborating with procurement to ensure smooth order processing
- Organising transport and monitoring delivery times
- Preparing invoices and transport documents (road transport, shipments by truck) in close cooperation with an external service provider
- Monitoring various commercial agreements (forward contracts, capacity reservations, discounts)
- Handling complaints and non-conformities
- Administrative sales support (preparing offers, price lists, statistics)
Profile Sought
- Holder of a qualification in international trade or a similar field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial SME
- Very good written and spoken German skills (B2-C1) and good English skills
- Willingness to join an SME with strong values and a family spirit
- Organised, good at prioritising, excellent customer relations
- Possesses a driving licence
